1. Start getting ready to grow as much food as possible, preferably far enough from the establishment that they won't bug you if/when that becomes illegal
2. Stop being extremely isolated unless you're seriously at risk or living with compromised people. The psychological & emotional ramifications of extreme self-isolation for elongated periods are dangerous on their & can create behavioral / trauma response patterns that will be passed down for generations, especially for people who are raising children and refusing to socialize them
3. Be aware of what your money is supporting and try to move away from the monetary system as much as possible before it's completely digitized. Develop skills like carpentry, gardening, or crafting that produce goods or services that can be bartered and exchanged. Start bringing more economic power to the people.
4. Learn how to discern fact from fiction and avoid herd mentality. Don't believe things just because it's the status quo to do so. Research and verify ANYTHING you hear/read/study. Then verify the sources that you used to verify things in the first place. (This is kind of a rabbit hole which is why discernment is so important)
5. Be aware of what you're putting your creative energy into. Being afraid and living in fear, especially in regard to things that are out of control, saps our creative energy. We could otherwise output this energy into building a life and future, or even a mindset, that nourishes things like compassion, sovereignity and creative/self-expression.
